What this is

Faisal's SMP is a privately run, free Minecraft server. It is a hobby project, not a business. By connecting you agree to these terms and to the rules.

Access

Access is a courtesy, not a right. It can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Bans are decided by staff and are final unless staff say otherwise.

Your account

You are responsible for anything done from your Minecraft account on this server. Keep it secure.

Nothing is for sale

The server sells nothing: no ranks, no items, no perks, no cosmetics. Nothing you do on the server creates any right to compensation, and in-game coins, items, land and votes have no value outside the game. They may be reset, changed or removed at any time, including by a server reset or a Minecraft version change.

Availability

The server may go down, restart, or change without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime and no guarantee that worlds, inventories or balances will be preserved. Backups are taken, but nothing is promised.

Content

Anything you build, say or do on the server may be seen by other players and by staff, and may be recorded in logs. Don't post anything you don't have the right to post.

Minecraft's own terms

You must also comply with Mojang's and Microsoft's terms for Minecraft. This server is not affiliated with either.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top is the version you are reading. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
